This is our home + creative sanctuary. Experience East Nashville/Inglewood in our updated bungalow. Walking distance to Riverside Village which includes Mitchell Deli (home of maybe the best sandwich), Village Pub (best place for a Moscow Mule), Coffee shops a plenty + much more!
All Prices include Nashville Occupancy Tax of 6% plus $2.50 per night, and 9.25% Sales Tax.
We've nicknamed our home "Hemingway's Hideaway" as we have found our little boho bungalow to be both a sanctuary + creative retreat inspired by our love of all things creative. We hope your time in our home will be both refreshing+ invigorating.
There is great outdoor space in the shaded front yard with a fire pit and several places to sit back and relax. Our home has two sleeping rooms. The two sleeping rooms are off the living room on either side of the bathroom. One has a gel memory foam king bed and the other sleeps a single. (An additional single pull-out futon can also be added to accommodate guests). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is a great spot for a relaxing bath.

The whole left side of the house is available to guests (except for locked closets for owners personal items) as is the entire front yard and half of the driveway. The backyard and right side of the house is off limits. there is a separate entrance and barrier between the spaces.

We stay in the right side of the house. We are generally available in person for any questions/ or always available by phone. We love to meet you as you arrive, but if that is not possible we will give you the personal lock code for your trip so that you can have the flexibility of arriving at any time after check-in time.
For your convenience we provide continental breakfast foods on your first day of arrival including an assortment of fresh fruit, organic oatmeal, coffee, and juice upon request to be enjoyed during your stay. We have also provided the following at check in:
Paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher soap, one bath towel per guest, hand towels, shampoo, and several rolls of toilet paper.
Parking on property for up to 2 cars, if you need more you can park off site, but close by. Please let me know If I can answer any questions about the house or the area. We have 2 different coffee shops/ shopping/restaurants and bars all less than a one mile walk of the house. Be aware that Nashville DOES have some hills! :)
We allow dogs to stay at the home with approval, and a minimal pet fee and we clean after every guest very well, but if you are highly allergic, please take note.

- Check-in is after 3PM
- All we ask is that you treat the space as if it were your own and be respectful of the neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
-No smoking - keep it outside.
-No unapproved Pets
-No large parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from the host.
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property including internet use.
-If you break or damage something, please let us know and we can arrange for its replacement or repair. Any un-notified damage will be charged the maximum allowed.

Please be respectful of the check in and out times, we need that time to clean between each guest.
-No video production without prior written consent of the Hosts.
- We will be available for questions, suggestions on things to do in Nashville, as we are generally close by.
-You can lower thermostat as needed, but do not reprogram it.
Renters are expected to honor the check out time/date.
Renters shall leave the premises in acceptable condition at time of departure so that normal housekeeping is all that is needed.
Please let us know if something isn't working correctly, was broken, or needs attention.
Renters may not sublet the property.
Renters shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners.
Smoking in the home will result in a cleaning fee of $500
Unapproved Pets in the home will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee
Like any home, we occasionally experience utility outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outage.
Renter shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, etc, shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.
Internet television/wireless internet is provided as a courtesy to Renter. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to television/internet service.
Renter should make sure that all doors are locked before leaving home.
EVENTS AND PARTIES ALLOWED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.
We will attempt to let you in early if no one has rented the house the night before and under certain circumstances we could possibly accommodate a late check out but must be approved in advance as we need to get ready for the next guest in a timely manner. We reserve the right to charge one nights rental fee if checkout is after 11am
Violation of any of these House Rules may forfeit your security deposit
