"Little Apples" is ideal for a group of 4-8 people. It has recently been completely renovated and extended to provide spacious luxurious accommodation on the exclusive Angmering-on-Sea estate – just a two minute walk to the beach. Inhale the sea air! This Hamptons style single storey white-washed cottage is perfect for couples or families that seek comfort and style. The interior has been impeccably designed, featuring limed oak wooden floors throughout and fresh natural finishes to leave a sophisticated taste of seaside chic.

Accommodation overview:

Master bedroom: Super kingsize bed, 40” TV + MASTER ENSUITE: extra large shower enclosure with Hansgrohe fittings, WC, large sink
2nd bedroom: Kingsize bed plus another single bed, 40” TV + ENSUITE: disabled handlebars, extra large shower wetroom with Hansgrohe fittings, biobidet electric WC, large sink
Front bedroom: this is the smallest of the bedrooms and has a Double bed
Twin bedroom: Twin single beds, each with pull out trundle bed that can stay low or be lifted to have 4 single beds in the room / 2 kingsize beds. Space for travel cots. Baby changing unit. Rocking horse. Dolls house. Toys in wardrobe.
(A travel cot would also fit in the Master/2nd bedrooms.)
Utility room: Washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen: fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, gas hob – and NESPRESSO machine.
Dining area: large 3m rustic oak dining table, 8 chairs, additional stools + highchairs.
Living area: 47” SMART TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Freeview, HDMI connector by sofa for laptop and own media) extra large feather topped corner designer sofa, armchair, boardgames / Xbox in TV cupboard, mp3/ipod speakers, BT Infinity fast WIFI.

There is a well equipped kitchen which leads onto the open plan living and dining area at the rear. This boasts a vaulted high ceiling and constantina doors opens onto a generous 50m2 sandstone patio looking over the South-West facing garden – a wonderful sense of space. There is an outdoor hot shower too for those who brave the sea. Relax on the deluxe rattan sunloungers outside, or inside on the sumptuous corner sofa. There is a 47” SMART LED TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions (and Freeview). A large rustic oak dining table stretches across the room, with plenty of seating for all the family.

The four bedrooms have been designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, with deluxe orthapaedic beds of the highest quality. All bedding is microfibre and anti-allergy. There are thick curtains and blinds in all the bedrooms for a perfect night’s sleep. The three bathrooms (two ensuite) can all be used simultaneously thanks to the advanced hot water megaflow system. Luxury bath towels and beach towels are provided. The two largest bedrooms also have 40” flatscreen LED TVs.

FAMILIES:
The house is fully equipped for babies and young children. 2x travelcots, 2x highchairs, baby bath, bath swivel seat, bath mats, microwave steriliser, nappy changing unit, plastic plates/cups/cutlery, low pull-out beds... and toys! No bunk beds.

Local shops, cafes and pubs just around the corner. 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of local eateries and activities for all the family.

There is plenty to do and enjoy during the winter and colder months too - long walks along the coast or the South Downs, pubs and restaurants. The best of British seaside. Chichester is also not far away for the theatre. For a relaxed understated comfortable family holiday - without having to get on a plane - this is the place for you.

The beach at East Preston is only two minutes' walk away - and has a little beach shack cafe on the beach during warmer months where you can stop to watch the sail boats, windsurfers and kitesurfers. Walk just around the corner to find local convenience stores, restaurants/cafes and pubs - with a village atmosphere. The area is very idyllic and peaceful - you will get a great night's sleep! There are plenty of eateries and activities a short drive away. This is a tranquil destination for sports and relaxation.
