We have a twin size real mattress stored under the main full size bed that can be pulled out and used for extra guests or children.
Our location is just a few houses away from Washington Park. We are walking distance to SUNY Albany Downtown Campus, Rockefeller Institute of Government & College of Saint Rose (5 minutes); Albany Medical College, Albany College of Pharmacy & Albany Law School (15 minutes); Center Square, Empire Plaza and all the state government offices (20 minutes). We are also walking distance to the Egg (20 minutes) and close to the Palace Theater (10 minute drive) and the Times Union Center (10 minute drive.)
We are close to shops, restaurants, and all major bus lines.
The kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove/oven, fridge.
Free wireless internet.
No pets and no smoking in the studio or on the porch.
Parking is free and on the street. Sometimes if you arrive late at night you might have to park a block away.
Washer/dryer available upon request for longer stays.
The Park has several tennis courts so bring your rackets or borrow ours!
We live in the building with our (quiet) five year old and can help out with any questions that might arise.
We are very flexible on the check-in time and check-out time.
