Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the greatest neighborhood of Montreal, the Mile End.
Located on a quiet street, on the 2nd floor of a duplex, the apartment includes a beautiful bedroom with a double futon (very comfortable), a cabinet to put your personal belongings, a spacious and welcoming living room to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploration, a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, toaster, blender, stove espresso maker, etc, we love to cook and our kitchen has everything you might need, a bathroom with a clawfoot tub to indulge yourself and relax, a space office, a laundry room, and two balconies, the one at the rear being all greenery and will surely inspire your breakfasts and help you create your daily itinerary.
The apartment is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and airy, with a skylight at its center. Each room is spacious and bright, with large windows in all of them. It can accommodate up to 4 people, an additional futon could be set up in the livingroom.
The Mile End neighborhood is extraordinary because it offers something for all tastes, ages and at all prices
Location: on foot, 5 min. from Plateau Mont-Royal, and to the amazing Mont-Royal Park, 6 to 10 min. to Little Italy and Jean-Talon Market. Downtown and Old Montreal are 8 and 10 minutes by bus.
Transport: many choices, metro Laurier is the nearest, buses near by will take you everywhere, and numerous city's bike stations are close by, including two on our street.
Grocery: in a network of 5 minutes you will find everything: market, bakery, butcher, organic grocery, seafood market, liquor store (SAQ), etc..
Restaurants: you will find inevitably no matter what you desire. The area abounds with restaurants and cafes.
We normally have a cat, but during your stay at our place, our cat, Dersu, will be living with friends.
We love our neighborhood and our apartment, we are confident that you will feel comfortable and will have a memorable stay.
