Why stay in our Spanish beauty?
LOCATION. Located just off Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, you are central to all that Los Angeles has to offer: not that you would know it from our quiet, tree-lined street, but you're just steps away from the bars and restaurants of Santa Monica Blvd., five blocks from the boutiques of Melrose, and a mere 10 blocks from the world famous Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. No wonder our walk score is 89!
Hop in the car and it's only 28 minutes to the Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach, 10 minutes to Beverly Hills, 20 minutes to downtown, and five minutes to the Beverly Center, Grove, and Hollywood and Highland upscale shopping centers. And when (sadly) it's time to head home, it's only half an hour to LAX or Burbank Airport.
THE UNIT ITSELF. Did you see those photos? The open plan living area. The period details balanced out by modern amenities. That master bedroom! And the furnishings: these aren't futon couches somebody left out on the curb. In other words, it's more than just a place to crash after a long day in the Southern California sun. We've put a lot of thought into creating a space that will add to your stay, and make your time in LA better than it would be if you didn't stay with us.
OUTDOOR SPACE. Not one, but two private outdoor seating areas, including a fenced in deck and patio right off the master suite, hidden from view from any other rooms. Recharge with your morning coffee… or just hide from the kids as they sing "It's A Small World" for the 25th time the morning after Disneyland.
AIR CONDITIONING: It's a little known fact, but despite the heat, LA doesn't really "do" air conditioning. But you don't have to sweat it, since our place has brand new central air and heating.

You will have access to shared front yard and two decks: one front porch with seating area shaded by vines, second one is completely private deck accessible from your master suite through a set of french doors.

CITY NOISE ORDINANCE
West Hollywood is strict about disruptive noise after 8:30pm (weekdays)/9:30pm (weekends), which is when their noise ordinance kicks in. That's why we kindly ask that all outside conversations be brought inside at this time, ideally with the windows closed. It is possible that a serious noise complaint could lead to police involvement etc, something we don't want any of our guests to experience.
NOTE: This rule is extremely important because even a single noise complaint could mean we have to close our doors to future guests. Thus, we will charge $200 (out of your security deposit) if a neighbor has to complain twice to us about noise coming from your unit and $400 (your entire security deposit) for a complaint that involves the police. Our neighbors are kind and reasonable people, and would NEVER complain about anything short of unreasonable noise and disruption. Thank you for understanding! If you have any questions about this rule, please ask.
LARGE GATHERINGS/OVERNIGHT GUESTS
Overnight guests must not exceed 5 people. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed, and all visitors must leave the property at 8:30pm (weekdays)/9:30pm (weekends). SOME EXCEPTIONS APPLY --- JUST ASK. If additional people are found on the premises during your stay without our permission, an additional rent charge of $25 per person per per night shall be charged and payable by you.
Smoking is not allowed indoors, and it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself when doing so outdoors. Please be considerate and don't smoke next to our neighbor windows.
Please respect neighbors. DO NOT GO ONTO THEIR PROPERTY or disturb them. If you have an issue with a neighbor, GO THROUGH US PLEASE.
California is in the third year of a serious drought, so please be conscious of this by not running water excessively.
Please keep gates closed at all times.
No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property at any time. This includes in a locked car parked on the property.
A $75 charge applies per item for any key or street permits that are lost/not left behind.
Normal check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is before noon. Whenever possible, we provide a personal check-in to acquaint you with the house and the neighborhood. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival.
