Helen hatte ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer für uns bereit. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und am Morgen stand schon eine üppige Auswahl fürs Frühstück bereit, welches wir oben im Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Stadt geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank, wir waren gerne dort!

Helen is the most delightful host. The room was clean and really comfy and well positioned on the bottom floor so you don't feel like you're intruding in her home too much. Nice and close (walking distance) to Exmouth centre. Highly recommended.

Great location, short walk from station and town centre. Helen was very helpful and hospitable. Breakfasts were vey good ,fresh fruit , home grown produce. The views from the sun room at the top of the house were beautiful .Very good value for money and we would definitely stay …

Friendly welcome and no fuss. Great view from the top of house over the estuary which we were encouraged to enjoy. Easy walk into town and sea front. Room and bathroom on ground floor. Quite steep steps up to the front door. parking on drive.

I love living by the seaside and cannot imagine living anywhere else. As a family we enjoy lots of outdoor activities and can give you advice on local walking and cycling routes. We are active members of Devon Orienteering Club and try and fit in sailing and kayaking when we can.
