100 year old home in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Baton Rouge, Beauregard Town. I have lived on this street for over 12 years and it is great to see it transform! The house has been completely updated and decorated with interesting pieces I find at estate sales. The neighborhood is a mix of young, mature, families and businesses.
*7 blocks from 3rd Street, Restaurants/Bars
*3 Miles from LSU
*4 Blocks from the interstate that can take you anywhere
*7 Blocks from the Levee
The house is great for those traveling that need to feel at home! The house has dishes, towels, sheets and basic cooking condiments. This space is perfect for a weekend getaway. Friendly neighbors and close to anything in Baton Rouge.
Accès des voyageurs
The house is a cute shotgun with a picket fence. There is not really a yard but a nice front porch for hanging out.

I will be available to answer any questions or provide recommendations on things to or how to get there.
There is not off street parking but there are usually places to part right in front of the house or within a block of the house.
Cable TV including all sports channels as well as HBO/Showtime.
Children - Note there is no yard but many families have stayed. It is in downtown so it is not a typical neighborhood further away from the city.
Please be respectful of neighbors. In my information, I will indicate that cars can park in front of my house (between sidewalk/street) but please do not do this on neighbors yard.
