This apartment is perfect for Titletown weekend getaways/game days, concerts, corporate stays, and all other day local hotels are booked! Very clean, newly updated full kitchen, and small patio to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise.
This "mother-in-law" apartment is 780 square feet attached to a primary residence, just perfect for corporate stays or just a great Titletown getaway! The full kitchen allows you to store snacks or prepare a full five-course meal. Continental breakfast items available BY REQUEST. (There's no charge, just need to know your preference.)
There's one queen Sleep Number bed in the bedroom, but there's a little space for a queen air mattress in the living room if needed. This is a very clean and private little corner of the world full of natural light in each room.

This is a private, quiet apartment attached to a single family home (my mom's home) in a quiet residential neighborhood. Interaction with both the off-site and on-site resident is limited, but if you prefer more interaction we are quite happy to accommodate. We enjoy hosting, so don't hesitate to ask questions, request personal tours, or ask for transportation if you've had too much fun and don't feel safe to drive.
There is some info onsite for local restaurants and establishments, but again, don't hesitate to ask for more info about the area. We wouldn't offer if we didn't truly enjoy guests!
Check in/check out times are flexible but COMPLETELY depend upon reservations (that may or may not be scheduled at the time you scheduled your reservation) before and/or after you. Checkout is 11 AM unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon and/or doesn't interfere with incoming guests. Again, please just ask - if we can be flexible, we will!
This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend, week, or longer, especially if you're relocating to the area. Contact host to discuss extended stay pricing. Very close to the Downtown District, nightlife, Resch Center, Packers Stadium/practice field, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, parks (walking distance), and the Bay of Green Bay/Fox River. It's small but sweet, clean, peaceful & super convenient!
We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please don't hesitate to communicate with us!
Rules are basically common sense - respect the property (and everything therein) as your own.
The apartment is attached to a single family home within a neighborhood (so loud, all-night parties aren't a good fit!)
From the street, the apartment is basically invisible/no one knows it exists. If you order food, provide clear instructions regarding how to get to the apartment so the delivery person can find you. (Without instruction they will go to the front door of the main house. If no one is home, it could be a while before you eat!)
Standard expectations - a no-brainer for some, totally foreign to others. For example, using (brand new) white bath towels to clean muddy shoes or spills? Please don't. There are rags in the kitchen if needed. Thanks!
Shampoo, body wash, razors, small first aid kit, etc. are INSIDE the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Although there is a fire extinguisher in a drawer in the kitchen.
If you need something & can't find it, open a door or closet - it's probably there somewhere! Everything onsite is for our guests only, so feel free to use what's there for you.
No smoking is allowed inside; there is a small sitting area outside.
Pets are no longer allowed, sorry! We tried, it went badly, end of being able to invite four-legged family members.
The wifi network is: Ruthslinksys, and the password is: daisy123.
There are two waste bins - one is for recycling and the other is trash. Please don't mix both items in both bins. Thanks!
If you fill a trash bag and need to set it outside, please be so kind as to open up a new bag (all set to go at the bottom of the bin) to fill again, as opposed to disposing waste on top of the folded trash bag.
Obvious to some, not so much to others. Please just ask if you're not sure, questions are never an imposition ;)
