The rental is described as it is. The listing is even called a 2 Room Suite. There are pictures with captions describing the layout. It is described as being in my home, a wing in my home, and even describes the bathroom's location, etc. It is difficult to communicate considering you don't speak English. I even went as far as using (Hidden by Airbnb) translate in my home to communicate with you. I'm sorry but you misunderstood my ad. The dogs are also listed in the rental ad. Sometimes dogs bark, especially when your son played with them a large time of when you were home. You all seemed to enjoy the dogs, I'm surprised they were a nuisance to you. The kitchen is also listed in the ad for your full use, as well as the dining room. I also explained during the tour that you are welcome to cook and store food in the fridge. You also had a mini fridge freezer and microwave in your rental for added convenience. Your husband seemed to understand that. This information is also in your welcome letter and agreement. I'm assuming you misunderstood that as well because you expected to have dishes and silverware in your living room. Dishes and cutlery are kept in the cabinets in the kitchen. Several times I asked if you guys needed anything and your husband only requested a wine opener. As for the laundry, the rental is not and has not been listed to have a washer. I'm surprised this was a problem as well, considering I literally washed, dried, and layed flat to dry your delicates, folded them and delivered them for you, which is definitely not something I offer. Seems to me that your very negative review is in retaliation to the major plumbing damage you caused by flushing gobs of paper towels and breaking off the flusher handle, then refused to pay for it amicably. I'm sorry that in retrospect if you had such a terrible time, but you seemed to enjoy yourself very much while you were here.
