Located a short walk to the Santa Monica pier or going in the other direction, Venice Beach. Close to public transportation and freeway close. The nightly rate does not include the Los Angeles Hotel Tax (known as the Transient Occupancy Tax or TOT) which is currently 14%. It is applicable on all stays of less than 30 nights. I collect it when you arrive so it won't make your Airbnb fee higher and I deal with sending it to the city.
A standard $100 cleaning fee will be added - this fee is not charged by Airbnb and is due upon arrival.
BIKE RENTAL: $15 each per day. There are plenty of bicycle rent options on the beach as well.
No smoking permitted. Sorry, no pets and no parties.
Best Concierge - I'll do my best to guide you in the right direction.I know the city well. In addition, my home has great energy and you'll be welcomed like family.
