Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the oceanfront ​Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from beaches, riverwalk, fine dining, golf, and more.

This cozy cottage walking distance from the Black River invites you to come swim, fish, or bring your kayak. Later you can hang out on the patio, soak in the claw foot tub, or build a warm fire in the wood stove. Enjoy nature just 20 minutes from White Lake. This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

Neuse River get-away to peaceful calm and paradise

My home is in located on a private, unpaved road, situated directly on the water. It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.

Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business.
