A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.

Daphne’s is a comfortable, deceptively spacious, mid-terrace home that can easily accommodate up to 7 people. Recently renovated, it has three large bedrooms (two upstairs, one down), kitchen diner, lounge, an upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a small rear courtyard garden. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and close to local bus routes it is ideally located to explore the local area. On Street Parking Only.

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
