Welcome to our home! You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Yampa Valley from your private deck and private entrance. This is a one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove or cooktop) in-law unit on the bottom floor of our home. We are conveniently located between town (15 minute walk) and the mountain. The free on-demand yellow line bus stops right outside our door. Please note: There are outside stairs that must be navigated. We can only accommodate one car as parking is limited.

The owners live in a fully separate, locked-off space upstairs, ensuring privacy. Our spacious caretaker space offers a clean, cozy place to stay, close to the slopes. It is a basement or garden level space with with two egress windows and it's own entrance. Our location is exceptional, half-way between the gondola and City Market grocery. In winter, the free Purple bus line to the gondola stops at the end of our driveway. In summer, relax on your private patio, or explore our one acre property. We live above the space.

Within walking distance to downtown Steamboat Springs! Pets are welcome to stay but there is an additional $75 added to the cleaning fee - Several trails for cross country skiing, riding your bike, and playing with your dogs are within seconds of walking out the door - Old Town Hot Springs is less than a mile away Strawberry Park Hot Springs is about 5 miles away- Mini kitchen and refrigerator so you'll feel right at home!
