Welcome to our Scandinavian cabin, set in a leafy glade where squirrels, hedgehogs, hares, wild ducks and pheasants roam safely. Explore the grounds & enjoy the peace. Private free parking on site. Continental breakfast included. There are two single beds in the cabin . There is space to pitch a 2 person tent next to the cabin at £20.00 per night. There are two fabulous pubs in the village; one with a Michelin "Bib Gourmand" Sorry, we are unsuitable for children. Just 2 miles from the A1.

Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

No. 8 @ The Lily Pad is a private, spacious 2 bed ground floor apartment in the lovely stone village of Nassington, Northamptonshire. Set in the heart of the rolling countryside, No 8 @ The Lily Pad offers visitors a peaceful escape in a cluster of 9 self catering cottages of varying sizes; all with access to shared amenities including a game room, outdoor BBQ area and terrace and indoor heated swimming pool. Easy access to major towns including Stamford, Oundle and the picturesque Nene Valley.

Stamford centre is 20 mins walking distance. On the ground floor with its own compact shower room adjacent, my double bedroom also has kitchenette facilities including sink, 2 ring hob, combination microwave oven with grill, kettle and toaster, fridge and washing machine for longer stays. The bedroom can be accessed via an entrance at the side of this modern detached house located in a quiet side street. A good selection of continental breakfast items are provided for stays up to 27 nights.

Osprey Cottage

Osprey Cottage is a cosy, welcoming and newly refurbished space. There are 2 comfy double bedrooms and an excellent new shower room. A sitting room, kitchen/diner with new appliances, and a French door leading to a terrace, overlooking a long garden. The cottage has a new wood burning stove, TV and wifi. It is good base to explore the surrounding area, or have a quiet few days, walking and exploring Stamford and its Medievil character. Both pubs in the village are good with excellent food.

In The Stix (Dome 5 Clipsham)

One of our new additions for 2021, dome 5 is set on the same hillside as dome 3, benefiting from beautiful views down the site. The hot tub is nestled up high between the dome and the kitchen, giving privacy but not inturupting your views from the tub. Named after our neighbouring village, with an award winning pub, this dome is furnished in it’s own unique style, gorgeous turquoise colours, a rocking and a hanging chair. The kitchen, boasts our new ceramic egg for outdoor cooking.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential one way street. Oakham has stunning historical architecture, i.e a castle, quaint independent shops, pubs and restaurants are moments from the door. A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families. A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.
