A beautiful Grade II Listed Farmhouse in the middle of Hambleton, Rutland. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, in the middle of Rutland Water, perfectly located to be able to step out of the front door for a stroll, bike ride, fishing, or a spot of bird watching. We have a modern ensuite double bedroom with traditional and period features and luxury bedding and towels. Access to the WiFi, off road parking, and welcome to stroll the gardens and enjoy the view of Rutland Water.

Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

A super insulated house designed to the Passivhaus Standard. Located in Whitwell Village on the north shore of Rutland Water. Space offered is a self-contained double bedroom with a separate shower room and entrance. Parking is provided. Tea, coffee and breakfast items are provided including fresh fruit. Please note that the room does not have direct views to Rutland Water but the water is just a short 14 minute walk away or easily enjoyed from the garden of the main house.

Numerous nature walks directly from the property, plus cycle routes around the picturesque Rutland Water.

Historic House, Beautiful Setting

In the grounds of Northamptonshire's oldest house and one of the longest inhabited houses in the UK. If history is your thing we have it in abundance. We love people and look forward to welcoming you to somewhere a bit different. The price includes a simple breakfast of tea, coffee, toast and jam. NB If you want to use both rooms then the booking needs to be for at least three people. Latest check-in is 8PM. This is a shared property and NOT a complete home.

Cottesmore Lodge

A detached timber-framed lodge, with three bedrooms sleeping six people. On the ground floor there is a double with ensuite, twin bedroom and family bathroom with separate WC. The first floor features a second twin bedroom, an open plan living area, kitchen, and balcony. Arrivals are available on Mondays or Fridays. You can choose to stay for: - 3 nights (Friday to Monday) - 4 nights (Monday to Friday) - 7 nights (Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday)
