The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. Une journée complète d'aventures qui commence par la cascade "Bridal Veil" de 60 mètres de hauteur où, les jours les plus chauds, vous pouvez vous y baigner et vous mettre votre tête sous la chute. Experience unique!!! Ensuite nous continuons en voiture à travers les montagnes pour arriver 30 minutes plus tard au "Blue Lagoon", leaux thermales dans un canyons près de Montanejos. Là c'est le coup de foudre, l'endroit est fantastique, l'eau est pure et sans l'odeur classique de souffre, les petits poissons, le saut de la falaise (pas du tout obligatoire), les grottes. Tout y est. L'eau est à 25C toute l'année. Après un arrêt pour le goûter, nous repartons pour 2 aventurettes pour terminer la journée. Les canyons, l'incroyable jet d'eau "Pony Tail" qui ne laisseront personne indifférents. Autres remarques: Nous arrivons aux différents sites directement avec le véhicules. Donc nous ne marchons pas beaucoup. N'hésitez pas à communiquer directement avec nous pour avoir des informations supplémentaire et pour une réservation de groupe ou privée.

We are going to do a fun ride most of all through the cycle paths of Valencia. We could visit the Garden of the Turia, the Royal Garden, The City of the Arts and the Sciences... Be prepared to be active and to have fun. It's really easy to ride the E-steps. The first minutes could be a little scary (just a little) but then you will feel free and safe. PD: If you don't see the time you want to do the ride you can write me to check if I am available.

Catch a breath of mountain air and experience the idyllic thermal springs of Montanejos with us. In this full-day adventure, we will explore the natural beauty of the surrounding areas of Valencia that few visitors ever get to discover. After picking you up from a convenient location, we will travel north out of the city. Our first stop will be at the impressive Bridal Falls - a 55m high waterfall, where we can bask in the surrounding nature and maybe take a dip in the waterfall pools. Watch out for goats and ghosts at this magical spot! We will then discover the legendary Fuente de los Baños - natural thermal springs of crystal clear, medicinal waters. Here, we can swim, explore caves, and relax in the most beautiful of locations. First used in the 13th Century, the springs are constantly rising at a pleasant 25°C, wonderful all year round! After swimming we will get to stop for lunch in the village of Montanejos to re-fuel, as well as visiting the impressive horizontal waterfall, canyons, lake, and dam! We believe in leaving places better than we found them, which is why we only use local providers and have built long-lasting friendships in the villages we visit. If you choose to join us, you will get to see this in action, interact with locals, and we plant a tree for every guest! This really is the perfect way to escape the city and be at one with nature for a day.

We visit the traditional side of Valencia. We begin our walk at the Art Noueau Norte train station(1917), the former entrance gate of Valencia. From here on, we visit the Town Hall Square and the Post Office (1922). We continue walking till the Central Market(1928) and the Silk Market, a wonderful example of civil gothic artstyle from the 15th century. Afterwards, 3 squares are waiting for us: the Round square, the Queen square and the Virgin square. Here we enjoy the 3 gates of the Cathedral which belong to Romanic, Gothic and Baroque artstyle. We continue till the Serranos Tower (former entrance and security gate in the 15th century) and we know how important was the Turia river for the development of the city. Back to the Old Town, we cross the Paz Street and we take many photos to the Marquis of Dos Aguas Palace, maybe the main Baroque building in Valencia. Shopping time at the Poeta Querol Street, Don Juan de Austria Promenade and Colon Street. And we finsih our walk as we began it, in a Art Nouveau building: the Colón market, the current meeting point, a place to relax, to have a coffee and share at our social networks the picture of this experience Other things to note Our walk will take us 2- 3 hours time. All security measures against Covid-19 are included. We recommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes...and a mobile phone to take photos!

Après avoir rencontré à l'Huerto Ribera, nous commencerons ensemble une belle visite de la ferme, la façade monumentale de 1870, entourée de montagnes, avec des vues incroyables en pleine nature. Nous traverserons les jardins du Huerto Ribera avec des orangers centenaires. Nous marcherons parmi les orangers, nous apprendrons leur culture traditionnelle, en la comparant aux techniques les plus modernes, et nous verrons toutes les variétés d'agrumes plantées : Sanguinelli, Citrus Yuzu, Mano de Buda, Limas, Citric Caviar, Calamondin, Kumquats... Vous apprendrez tout sur la culture des agrumes. Vous connaîtrez son histoire, les systèmes de plantation, de taille, d'irrigation, de greffage... Nous vous raconterons également la situation des agriculteurs et de la filière agrumes pour vous rapprocher de la réalité de la campagne valencienne. Vous pouvez récolter vos propres oranges ou mandarines de saison (en saison, de février à juin). Et, pour terminer la visite, nous aurons un jus d'orange exquis et nous aurons une dégustation de nos confitures maison, de notre délicieux miel de fleur d'oranger et de quelques liqueurs valenciennes. LaLlarga est en détresse à 3 minutes à pied d'une agréable promenade dans les rues du quartier le plus bohème de Valence. L'endroit était une ancienne boucherie transformée en l'un des endroits les plus emblématiques du quartier, présent dans Lonely Planet, AD Guide, Tripadvisor et dans de nombreuses autres publications, LaLlarga sera pendant les heures de classe un endroit extraordinaire pour être ensemble. I will take you to a 3 hours tapas experience to discover the most authentic tapas, bars and neighborhoods of Valencia. In this evening walk you will discover the Valencia that very few tourists have the chance to see and you will enjoy it like a local. 4 stops in total and a many things to discover. Old taverns, vibrant tapas and great local drinks, everything is included in the price and the fun is guaranteed. All the included spots are family-owned bussines, and I'm lucky to know the owners. At the end of the tour you'll feel like one of us! The total distance is about 1,5km but we go at a slow pace. We will go to the Ruzafa Market to buy the ingredients for our paella. Later, we will go to our Paella School by walking through Ruzafa neighborhood. Once we get there we all will enjoy some of the traditional spanish tapas, such as patatas bravas, ham, olives and mussels. You'll be the one who help us to prepare the very famous sangría! We want to teach you how to prepare the traditional valencian paella and show you how any valencian group of friends would spend a fun evening. You will also learn about the culinary traditions and rice varieties. When the cooking it's done we all sit at the table and enjoy your first paella. The main ingredients of the Valencian paella are chicken, rabbit and vegetables. THE MARKETS IN VALENCIA CLOSE IN THE AFTERNOON. If just arrived in town this is a perfect introduction to the Spanish gastronomy, the essentials of Valencia and the local culture! During this food tour we will live to the rhythm of the city and we will eat where the citizens of Valencia used to go, away from the ultra tourist sites. More than a tour, we will live a cultural, walking and gastronomic tour in the same experience. We will go to a local bar where we will have an authentic almuerzo/breakfast as the Valencianos do: the iconic Esmorzaret! We will discover Valencia's old stores and taste their fresh products, have a delicious breakfast, visit the emblematic central market where we will stand to eat Iberian ham, olives, cheese and wine from the region. We will continue this fantastic adventure having a light lunch with obviously one of the most typical dish of Spain with drinks included in a bar / restaurant well appreciated by the inhabitants of our beloved city. We will be visiting 5 spots in total. All the places we go are traditional and family businesses, some of them over 200 years old.
