I've not visited, yet, but I hear the food is south american / Caribbean, and the beers are supposed to be great as well!
This is a newer distillery that's close by! It's between my home and downtown. A great stop before your night begins! Really good Gin and Tonics.

It doesn't hurt that it's about a mile away from the house either. Walkable!

Their food is VERY farm to table and hyper local ingredients are used. They also have a variety of vegetarian and vegan choices on their menu.
They have 20 beers on tap, many more in bottles, both local and others from around the country, and the wines and liquors are predominantly local as well.
The beer garden should be finished in Mid to Late September!
