Awesome Thai spot with killer Pad Thai (voted best in LA). They also have fantastic smoothies, my personal favorite is the Watermelon smoothy with boba.

Hansen Dam is a must see if you have the time!! It is walking distance from the house, and has amazing views, a skatepark, waterpark, hiking, golf, etc.!
