Unpretentious, excellent value carvery. The Sunday Roast buffet is amazing, but be sure to book ahead as it gets packed out. They will cater for vegetarians and vegans, but you have to give them advance warning.

Startlingly good Thai restaurant, run by a neighbour. It's genuinely excellent. Considerably more authentic than most standard British Thai restaurants, but not toooo spicy.
