Great beach club on Sentosa Island. Go early and grab a beach lounge and watch people play volleyball, swim, and, of course, eat and drink!

Google "Southern Ridges Trail" and pick a starting point. It's a beautiful walk through some of the jungles of Singapore, and the start of the trail is only 2km from the apartment. Start early in the morning and exptect to spend a few hours exploring. The Henderson Wave is a must see.
