Sightseeing
The castle, which is a thousand years old, is located in the center of Buda, and you can easily reach it on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path is somewhat steep, and the castle grounds are vast. I recommend visiting in the afternoon and staying until dusk to fully appreciate the stunning beauty of the castle and its surroundings during both day and evening hours.

Walking upstream under the Chain bridge you will see the Parliament on the oposite side (Pest) of the Danube, you can see it better and take beautiful pictures from the Buda side. If you want to reach the Parliament, just one stop by Metro 2 from the Battyhány square.
