BEST PANCAKE PLACE EVER! Must order the Buttermilk, Pecan, Blueberry, Banana pancakes! Order a full stack to share with the table! The scrambles are good too. And the service is excellent.

Good Breakfast spot. More traditional egg and potato breakfast. My favorite is the Blueberry waffle and the Emorizon Omlete-avocado, mushroom, and sausage! Please refrain from going to Denny's.

Also great views of SF. Famous Kite Park, you can rent them. Plenty of grass area. Make sure to take a sweater, there is a reason there are kites there 365 days a year!

Small lake type area. Only 1 block from apt. Great for walking or running. Want a good run, cross the park to get to the University Street Pedestrian Bridge which will take you to the Berkeley Marina.
