The most hiked mountain in the area is easily accessible from our house and a regional favorite. Can be crowded on the weekend so go during the week. In our opinion, there are even better hikes nearby

An easy 4 miles from our house, this lake is stunning for its natural beauty. Rattlesnake Ledge looms over the lake and can be accessed if you are into a moderate hike. No motorized boats.

This converted rail tunnel is located on the Iron Horse Trail and is a fun way to spend an afternoon hiking or riding through. The Iron Horse Trail is also accessible right from our neighborhood.
