Every last weekend of the month they also organise an amazing market with over 40 stands of local goods. It's in a big warehouse-style place called "De Hallen", which also hosts a tons of local food stands, serving every flavor you can imagine. In case of rain, there is even a nice cinema.

This little corner is a beautiful empty spot to hang out, have a coffee and watch the ferries and boats pass by. Amidst fights over prime real estate, the locals insisted that this peninsula remains empty and for the people.
