One of our favourite places to sit with friends and just drink wine or beer. It has a big garden across the street with tables among the trees. Incredible atmosphere.

Former Tabacco Factory turned into Social life and Cultural Center. Space of 15 000 sqm with number of restaurants, coctail bars, beer bars, concert halls when you can eat, drink, party and just relax. This would fit right into the coolest parts of New York, Berlin or London.
