Considered to be one of the most imposing Roman ruins, Diocletian’s palace is certainly the main attraction of the city. These ruins are some of the most valuable surviving building of the Roman era. Definitely do the walking tour.

Near the apartment. Founded in 1820, the Archaeological Museum in Split is the oldest Museum in Croatia. It has a large stock of archaeological objects from prehistoric times. You should go!

An old city 20 km from Split, it has wonderful nature around it (beaches, canyon and river going to the sea between the mountains). There is an old fortress there and zip line.

Old town 20km away from Split (close to the airport), It is connected with a bridge to an island of Čiovo where you got some fantastic beaches (south side of the island).

There is an old Jewish cemetery and the great view point next to it (it is positioned on the begging of Marjan Hill) and the cemetery itself is one of the oldest still preserved Jewish cemeteries in the world. There is also a restaurant so you can eat while enjoying the view. A road next to your building that you see on your right from the balcony will lead you there. Be sure to take a walk with some of the Marjan paths that start there.

There is also a restaurant so you can eat while enjoying the view. A road next to your building that you see on your right from the balcony will lead you there. Be sure to take a walk with some of the Marjan paths that start there.

Take a deep breathe of green... and relax your eyes on the blue eternity...
Wonderful hill, 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Great place for a walk, riding bike, swimming (it has wonderful stone beaches), restaurants,... It also has great view on the south part over the city.
