Local park that is a 3 minute drive from the house. Nice for walking with lots of big shade trees. Close to a small lake and also has a nice playground, picnic tables, and large disc golf course.

Beautiful (and very expansive!) sculpture park and gardens located in Grand Rapids - about a 45 minute drive from the house. You could easily spend a whole day here. They have a cafe and gift shop as well.

Favorite breakfast spot! You may have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table if you get there early, but it's worth it. If arriving later or during high season, the wait can be more like an hour :/ Stroll around downtown Grand Haven while you’re waiting or afterwards and enjoy the shops!

They have good beer and excellent tacos, as well as outdoor seating. This is in the social district meaning you can take your beer and walk around in this area without issue.

My favorite beach! This is a locals beach that requires a half mile + hike through the woods to get down to the water. The hiking trails are beautiful!
