Some of the best pasta I've had in my life. They have 3 daily specials and you pick off that. Only open for lunch on weekdays. Get there around 11am or else the line will be around-the-block.

One of the best spots for food + seafood in Seattle. Highly popular and rightfully so. Difficult to grab a spot but you can always grab a drink next at it's sister bar while you wait.

Another favourite coffee shop. This one's in Fremont (a cool area to wander around). Little outdoor area for you to sit at all. Great place to work, chat or just rest for a few in-between exploring.

If you are going to splurge on sushi, splurge here. Sushi Kashiba is owned by Shiro, 1 of the 2 apprentices of Jiro (world famous sushi chef). Sit at the bar and if you're lucky, you might meet Shiro himself!

Grabbing drinks here is fun. E. Smith Mercantile is a small 12-person bar at the back of a cool shop that sells everything you want but don't need :-) ask the bartender to whip you up a special cocktail with liquors like Kummel.

This is for your laaaate nights. Great deep house/techno/electro area with a sick outdoor patio. Lots of famous DJs spin here and the place is opened till the wee hours in the morning. Come post-2a for it to be really fun.
