Sightseeing
The James River is a 10 minute walk from my house and another 10 minutes to cross on the walk bridge and explore Belle Isle or Browns Island. There are a number of historical sites in the area and it links to hiking trails around the river.

Excellent Italian in my neighborhood, small dining room with first come first served seating, but can call in pick up orders. Five minute walk. It's pricey but delicious.
