Delicious Indian food! I absolutely love this restaurant! I highly suggest the Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of garlic naan.

Sightseeing
Tour the restored Hackley & Hume historic homes, examples of Victorian architecture with stained glass and wood carvings, in downtown Muskegon. Absolutely beautiful, and fun to visit!

Visit the WW2 Submarine Museum and take a guided tour of the USS Silversides, a Sturgeon-class attack submarine! Every Penny supports the preservation of the SS-236 USS Silversides Submarine, one of the most highly-decorated Gato-class submarines of World War II.

This is one of my favorite places! Lake Harbor Park is a 189 acre park located on Lake Harbor Road, just north of the Mona Lake Channel. The park has over 4,000 feet on Lake Michigan, 2,000 feet on the Mona Lake Channel and 1,500 feet on Mona Lake.

Miles of hiking and skiing trails offer stunning views of Lake Michigan and subtle beauty at every turn.
This park does require a Michigan Recreation Passport for your vehicle.
There is an 18-hole disc golf course located at this park! Don't forget to bring your discs, but be warned: there are bodies of water, hills, plenty of places to lose a disc if you're like me!
There is also a play ground for the kids, tennis courts, basketball courts, a baseball diamond, and a horse shoe area!
Some nights they will have musicians perform at the band shelter on site. It's great!

The Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) is the primary provider of mass transportation in Muskegon County, Michigan. Service is provided from Monday through Saturday along ten regular routes, Monday through Thursday along one Express Route during school semesters, one Trolley Route Memorial through Labor Day and Monday through Friday along 1 Regional or MARC route. The agency’s paratransit service is known as GoBus.
