Great old school Italian restaurant. It has the best caesar salad you'll ever have. The house specialties are very special. Mama Jean's... The wait staff are spectacular. It has a huge host of neighborhood regulars. It's loud and boisterous and fun.

This is a wonderful, small, unpretentious yoga studio. The teachers are great and teach for all levels. You don't need to bring your own matt. You can sign up on-line or drop in. Very affordable.

This is one of Portland's hidden treasures. It is located in Portland's old town/China town. It won't take long to get through, but it is an exquisite experience and the tea house is worth visiting.

This entire park is lovely, but the Rose Gardens and the Japanese Gardens are the highlights. For the Rose Gardens, bring a picnic and lay in the sun at the amphitheater.
