Food Scene
A quick drive to "The Source" will lead you to, quite possibly, the best croissant you will ever taste in your life. I consider myself somewhat of a self-proclaimed croissant connoisseur, and this place will not disappoint. The almond croissant in particular will change your life. Just plan to get there early because they usually sell out quick. The Source also houses a coffee spot, Crooked Stave brewery (for funky beer lovers), a cheese shop, and a couple of notably delicious restaurants.

This little hole in the wall on 17th street is worth the walk. Really good coffee and chill spot to hang out. Turns into a local beer bar at night with live music on a regular basis.

Great place to visit for a decent bite to eat (good pub food) and a beer. This place is a brewery, but they also have guest taps all the time so the selection is always good. Try visiting in February for Stout month - you will not be disappointed. This place is almost also busy, so don't be discouraged, just grab a beer and hang out at the bar or play some corn hole on the patio.

You can throw a stone and hit three breweries in Denver. One of our favorite spots is Great Divide Brewing. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a Yeti on a chilly day or a Whitewater on a hot summer day. Two locations available for Great Divide, both are great spots to hang out and have a beer.
