Town Neck Beach/Boardwalk is one of the closest beaches to the house. You can walk, however, if you want to drive you can purchase daily or weekly parking passes at the entrance gates. Fun tip, at high tide you can jump off of the boardwalk or float from there back to the beach!

There's a small park to play here, however, I added this to call out the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway https://www.capecodbikeguide.com/canal.asp which is a great path/trail for all ages and levels. You can walk or ride here from the house.

A gorgeous place to walk around! Lots to enjoy here including a play area just for kids, a carousel, an antique car showroom and more!

Sightseeing
The marina is walkable from the house. While you can see the boats and ships coming in from the 2nd floor of the house you can get an up-close look at these beautiful vessels at the marina.
