Super-convenient deli, located behind the condo. Great staff, fast service, unlimited choices.
Definitely recommend breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burritos.

Greatest city in the world. Easily accessible from Rockaway Park via Ferry. The trip is $2.75 on the way there and the way back. Bar on Board :) Stops in downtown Manhattan (Water Street/Wall Street).

This is a small town with a ton of emphasis on seafood and the beach. There's not a ton to do, but if you're looking to lounge and enjoy the waterfront it's very fun. There are outdoor cafes/bars (no walls) on the boardwalk during the day. Doordash/Instacart are also very convenient.
