The best fish TACOS!! The energy and vibe of this place matches the amazing food they have. You cannot miss the opportunity to have a drink and bite here. It is our favorite lunch spot and definitely a local favorite!

This is the tip of Emerald Isle. It is kind of a hike from the public parking to the beach (a couple blocks to access). Once on the beach you can walk all the way around to see the ocean turn into the sound. It’s probably my favorite place on the island. So peaceful and not many people there. The beauty and wildlife are amazing!!

This is the tip of Emerald Isle. It is kind of a hike from the public parking to the beach (a couple blocks to access). Once on the beach you can walk all the way around to see the ocean turn into the sound. It’s probably my favorite place on the island. So peaceful and not many people there. Moonrackers is a beautiful waterfront restaurant on front st in Beaufort where you can have lunch and then stroll along the waterfront stopping in various shops and boutiques and watch the boats pull in and out. You can also see carrot island from the restaurant and most of front st. Carrot island is home to wild horses that you will occasionally spot!

326 Front StMoonrackers is a beautiful waterfront restaurant on front st in Beaufort where you can have lunch and then stroll along the waterfront stopping in various shops and boutiques and watch the boats pull in and out. You can also see carrot island from the restaurant and most of front st. Carrot island is home to wild horses that you will occasionally spot!
Beautiful and well thought out. Pet the sting rays, learn about local wild and ocean life. They also have an outside nature trail that offers beautiful views of the inner coastal waterway. The kids will love it and so will you!
