If it's your first trip to Charleston, this park is a must-do. It's in an area called "South of Broad" and the homes are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend walking around to see the houses.

Beautiful gardens and property. Also a petting zoo, and swamp gardens with alligators. Make sure and walk back to see the river view behind the house.
