Vancouver is well known for asian food, and ramen is one of our best new additions. We love this place, since it's very authentic, and has delicious ramen! Chinatown is very interesting, be sure to check out the Sun Yat Sen gardens a few blocks away - the free part is nice, and the pay side is quite good too.

Chinatown is very interesting, be sure to check out the Sun Yat Sen gardens a few blocks away - the free part is nice, and the pay side is quite good too.
The folks make hand-pulled noodles right before your eyes. We love the beef brisket soup, but the dumpling soup, lemon dumplings and fried pea shoots all great too. A nice place to visit after a walk to English Bay or a bike around the sea wall.

Of course you have to go to Stanley Park! We recommend renting bikes and going around the seawall, then eating at a place like Legendary Noodle - handmade noodles - on nearby Denman Street.
