This is a must see for a trip to Weymouth. There is parking available but you can also catch the x54 bus from town ( the number 2 bus takes you to town). The steps down to the beaches are very steep, walking shoes are advised. From there you can walk along the beautiful coast path or just stay around Lulworth cove where there are plenty of pubs and eateries

This is a family favourite beach with golden sands and lots of seaside activities. Throughout the summer it is lifeguarded so his safe young swimmers. You can grab the park and ride to avoid parking issues in peak times, or hop on the bus or train into Central Weymouth.

Weymouth is steeped in history from the world wars. It encompasses a museum of the fort’s history, café, gift shop, and excellent 360 degree views across both harbours and the beautiful Nothe Gardens of the peninsula.
