Sightseeing
Many folks drive right by this without even knowing it's 5 minutes away from the house. 15-20 min. bike ride. Beautiful setting with park like hidden sheds and a long causeway out to a beautiful beach. Hint. They close at sunset, no joke, so if you want to enjoy a beautiful sunset and not get kicked out, try Sunset beach just a few blocks to the south.

Local beach that is small and gets crowded quickly. But best for sunsets. Very shallow water, somewhat rocky. But great to watch fish and even see some dolphins. They usually have a sunset series of bands on Thursday nights.

This is THE place to get your outdoor gear, kyaks, bikes, paddleboards. Cross the street to the Pinellas trail where you can bike for Miles and Miles. Go South! you can hit Palm harbor and Dunedin. Do a bike bar tour and take the Jolly trolly back!

532 S Pinellas AveThis is THE place to get your outdoor gear, kyaks, bikes, paddleboards. Cross the street to the Pinellas trail where you can bike for Miles and Miles. Go South! you can hit Palm harbor and Dunedin. Do a bike bar tour and take the Jolly trolly back!
This is a great place to do some paddleboarding, bring a lunch and chill. Manatees hang out here, If you see them, remember it is illegal to touch them.

Clearwater beach is about 35 minutes south of here. You definatley want to visit here for a full day. Park your car and just start walking, Frenchys, Palm Pavilion for food and also the Marina Cantina is a great spot to hit the roof for a great view and chill.

Also try the Dunedin Brewery, the original brewery that started the craft beer explosion in this area. They have great live bands and craft beer.
