The tram ride up is so much fun, and depending on the time of the year, there is loads to do on the mountain. The Grouse Grind is always an option for those physically inclined.

A great place to grab some easy going Italian food, with loads of shopping and sites to see. A quick hop on the sea bus to get to downtown is also well worth the 15 minute ride. Make sure to get a sea facing north on one trip, and south on the other. Both ways are breathtaking views.

A great place in Lower Lonsdale, where you can take in views of the city, grab a bite to eat, shop at the local market, take a seabus to Vancouver - which we highly recommend - and eat a proper meal at one of the many restaurants.

Clothes to bring
Vancouver is in the middle of a rainforest. While it is mostly dry in the summer, we can get a deluge of rain at any time of the year. We recommend bringing a good waterproof jacket and umbrella.
