Phoenix is mostly an automobile town.
Fortunately, this condo is located walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants and bars. As long as you are here between October and May it is usually pleasant and sunny. If you are here between June thru September please make sure to bring water with you when you walk around.
Coutumes et culture
hiking
If you plan on hiking areas like Camelback mountain, south Mountain or Piestewa Peak please make sure to bring plenty of water. If you are hiking during the hot summer months please be careful. There is always several deaths each year from out of towners. It is very easy to get dehydrated in the desert! If you do hike in the summer months only hike in the early morning hours and plan on finishing your hike before 8am (yes, I did say 8am - it gets hot here really early in the morning!).

You will find Scottsdale and Phoenix to be very casual in dress. Shorts and t-shirts are pretty common. You will find lots of "business casual" dressers around.
