A perfect sized zoo with plenty of incredible animals to see. Definitely do the feed package when you buy your tickets! The budgiery is so much fun and feeding the giraffes cannot be missed! Tip: the train ride takes you past animals you will not be able to see on foot.

Not fancy, but also never crowded. Step back in time at this movie theater which offers basic seating and snacks and is locally owned and operated. A great place to get out of the sun and enjoy the latest movies.

This area is not known for it's Mexican food, but if you are craving fajitas and margaritas Mariachi's offers good food at great prices and they are not too far down the road.

This one is a little further away, but a really fun restaurant that plays awesome music while you eat inventive sushi rolls. If you head to the zoo or to do some antique mall shopping, stop here on your way back to the beach!
