Don't leave the area before taking a drive up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Go south or north, both directions have fantastic long range views of the mountains with seemingly endless overlooks and hiking trails.

The Biltmore Estate is a popular attraction in the area. If interested, it's worth looking over the tour options and everything the expansive property has to offer. We recommend making plans ahead of time.
