Conseils aux voyageurs

Que faut-il apporter ?

Have some comfortable walking shoes

There are so many things to see, that it is easy to be on your feet long periods of time. There are cobblestones on Bowen's wharf, so stilettos may not be the best choice if heading there for dinner, shopping or dessert.

Make dinner reservations in advance if possible

Some restaurants (such as the Black Oyster on Bowen's wharf) open up dinner to walk-ins at 5pm, and if you get there at 5pm, there will be barely a wait. If you don't have reservations, it can be tough to get one last minute. You can put your name in as a walk-in to restaurants that accept walk-ins an hour or 2 before you are ready to eat so you will get called at the time you prefer to eat.
