Alpine has access to many beautiful trails. These are my favorites 🌟
This lake is among the most popular places for Utah County folk to take pictures. It is fun to walk around, wade, or to sit back and enjoy. This location is especially busy on weekends and in the evenings. Expect to pay a $3-$7entry/parking fee

This trail is Ryan’s all time favorite! The proximity to the house (~2 miles) and beauty of the trail are second to none. You can expect low to moderate traffic on this trail. Difficulty is moderate to difficult depending on your fitness level.

If driving east, this trailhead is right at the bottom of “Alpine Loop” which is a road open seasonally. At the parking lot you will have a beautiful view of Mt. Timpanogos, one of Utah’s infamous peaks. Stunning views throughout the hike. Follow signs for “Salamander Flats” to lengthen the hike. Moderate to difficult.

A fun hike that is moderate yet highly rewarding. Be prepared for a bit more traffic on this trail.
