Nature trip in Rio Tejo …. The guide was very nice and explained a lot abound the river, fauna and surroundings, but we had little children and after a while it was a bit boring. The trip was to long for us but I think it depends a lot on the group.

This is the famous Portuguese porcelain “Bordalo Pinheiro” I loved the visit to the factory and the explanations of it’s history and you can visit the Caldas da Rainha famous for it’s gaudy porcelain pieces.

Santarém is a beautiful city with a dynamic and lively historical center with a lot of little restaurants and bars! It is a very nice place to see the sunset by the castle (porta do sol) and the have a dinner out.
