I have a buddy from Georgia and he says Podnahs has the best ribs he has ever eaten. Also, if you like catfish go on Friday night for fried catfish. Really one of our favorite restaurants in Portland!

Quintessential Portland breakfast place. Nothing says Portland more than a dog friendly breakfast place :) Also consider going for dinner and getting their mac and cheese of the day; awesome!

Great happy hour and really the best pub food we have ever had. If they have the wild boar burger or curry fried chicken get either! If that isn't enough the beer is also exceptional.

Best Southwest food in the city. Everything is smokey and delicious. If you love queso get the green chili queso! Also, the best margaritas in town! The jalapeno and celery salt one is delicious!

This is an original Alberta restaurant. Excellent Southern food, and legit Side Cars! It's one of the reasons we decided to move to this neighborhood, as we were over here every weekend to eat :-)

Hands down best burrito I've ever had. I just keep it simple with a bean and cheese (add pico), but I see the other food (chimi anyone?) I crave this place weekly, its so good.

This is actually just a food cart, but they have a restaurant somewhere else in Portland. They are 100% Paleo, so if you follow that diet, this is the place to go. They have really good food!

Everyone goes there and says its the best place eva. We've only been once, but it was great. There will be a line. People stay with us just because we're close to this place. They must have something.

I think this place has come up with every possible way you can eat a waffle. It's really delicious! Too many toppings to list, and they have a lot of outdoor seating.

Great typical bar food, but the best part is the beer. C-Note IPA is amazing (if you like hops) and outside around the corner there is Sidebar, which has even better specialty taps.
