If you are here to ride, you can start your MTB trail experience 150 yard to the North and hit "All American" down to the Slaughter Pen area. Or if you on foot take the side bath to Crystal Bridges.

What and When do things CLOSE - Know and plan ahead.
If you are coming from a city or another country...this area CLOSES DOWN earlier than you would expect, that way you can get a good nights rest and hit the trails early! SO PLAN AHEAD on your food choices.
Really - during the week...get to where you are going and order well before 9PM, 10PM on weekends. SUNDAY and much of Monday...beware, a lot of restaurants close down. Peddler's Pub is a favorite when everybody else is closed.
