Beautiful views and a good hike down to a gorgeous beach with a forest. Don't go down if it's raining.

Accessible with 2WD to the lookout, 4WD required to travel down into the valley or you can hike the 25% grade asphalt road. The steepest paved road in the US. Waipio Beach won't disappoint with it's beautiful forest and stunning coast line. Swimmers beware.
