They have a great beer selection and they are open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. One of the few places in Oak Park that stay open past midnight. You need to try their amazing fries! I like the Truffle Parmesan Fries and the ultimate guilty pleasure... the Chorizo Cheese Fries... Delish!

I have been on date nights here at Citrine and it is super cozy and romantic. The food is amazing and they have a nice size outdoor seating area right next to the Oak Park CTA Train station. They have a good wine selection.

Courageous Bakery has really yummy cupcakes and desserts on the go! They also a great breakfast menu! And the cafe decor is super cute! They even have gluten free and vegan cupcakes. Try the GF Banana Creme cupcake, so yummy! They are a great place to grab a coffee and cupcake on the go.

Maya is a wonderful Mexican fine dining restaurant with live entertainment and great margaritas. And on a nice summer night, their outdoor patio is the best place to relax with friends and drink a cold drink. My favorite cocktail is the Mangaso (Mango Rum, Mango Puree, and Fresh Lime Juice) Delicioso!!

If you are visiting Oak Park, you have to visit our famous architect, Frank Lloyd Wright and check out his home and studio. There are walking tours that start out at his home and you can walk around some of the neighborhood to check out the other homes he built in Oak Park.
